Notice to Members:

The Bargaining Council of British Columbia Building Trade Unions (BCBCBTU) and the Construction Labour Relations Association of BC (CLR) have agreed to an Overall Memorandum of Settlement (“OMS”).

Boilermakers Lodge 359 and CLR have also tentatively agreed on a Trade Level Memorandum of Settlement (“TLMOA”)

Online voting will take place starting at noon on Thursday May 14th and will be available until noon on May 26th.

We will once again be using “Simply Voting” as the third party provider to hold this ratification vote online.  Please ensure your email is up to date with the Union and that you check your junk folder periodically if you do not receive the emailed link for voting.

We are available in the office for any questions and/or clarifications that you may have about this tentative agreement before voting on it.

Please check your monthly Union Dues, as anyone that is not in good standing (2 or more months in arrears) will not be eligible to vote.

For those with limited or no email access, or if you do not receive either the voting package or the online link provided by Simply Voting, please contact the Union Office at 778-369-3590, as it’s possible to add you as an eligible voter up until the closing date.

A Memorial service for Brother Michael Martin will be taking place on Friday, May 15, 2026 beginning at 11:00am at the Senior Center  located at 501 Cedar Avenue, 100 Mile House, BC,  V0K 2E0

Brother Leslie Nolan’s Celebration of Life  will be held on May 23, 2026 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm at the Merville Community Hall located at 1245 Fenwick Road, Merville, BC, V0R 2M0
