Christmas Membership Meeting

The December 1, 2021 Christmas Membership Meeting will be held at the Cascades Casino on
Fraser Highway in Langley. You will be required to show your vaccination passport as per the
rules of the venue and the public health regulations. If this changes closer to the time of the meeting we will
inform the members accordingly. Please call the General Office at 778.369.3590 to register your
attendance.

Guest room accommodation bookings are available up to November 1, 2021. There are 20 rooms set aside and
bookings will be on a first come first serve basis. Room cost $135.00 single or double occupancy

Message From Interior Health Regarding Steve Hawker’s Funeral Service

RE: Low Risk Contact with Confirmed Novel Coronavirus Case (COVID-19)

This letter is to advise you that a confirmed case of COVID-19 attended a funeral at Kamloops Alliance Church on July 16 at 2pm. Interior Health will follow up directly with those who are identified as close contacts. The Medical Health Officer (MHO) has recommended all those who attended the funeral at Kamloops Alliance Church on July 16 at 2pm must closely self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days until midnight July 30.

If you develop any symptoms of COVID-19, please self-isolate and call your nearest testing site for an appointment to assess for COVID-19.

Please indicate that you have been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Interior Health is continuing to monitor the situation and will implement additional public health measures as needed.
