2023 Vancouver Island Picnic

It was a fantastic turnout with over 60 members and family, great weather lots of prizes. I would like to thank to Jack Allard with CIMS and Ken Stephenson with  Geotech for all the great gifts. It was nice to see all the members, retired members, children and grandchildren all gathered together. It made me proud to be a 359 Boilermaker .

A special thanks to  my  wife Linda, who was happy that I was in town and not having to host it herself, Jerry Harris and his wife Bonnie, Sharon Hathaway, Mitch Sandbrooks (who transported the big barbeque) and I am sure I missed some others too.

It made it a great start to the summer of 2023 .
